Velauth Terms of Service

1. Grant of License

Velauth Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Velauth (the "Software") solely for managing Active Directory in authorized enterprise environments for which you are a system administrator or authorized delegate.

If you have purchased a subscription to the Software, you agree to pay all subscription fees in accordance with the payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The Software and all associated documentation, design, code, and content are owned by Velauth Ltd or our licensors and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

Exceptions: These limitations do not apply to liability for death, personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, or breaches that cannot be limited by law.

7. Data Processing

The Software processes Active Directory data on your premises. We do not store Active Directory credentials in the Cloud Service. Enrollment tokens are encrypted locally using DPAPI and never transmitted in plaintext.

Telemetry data (anonymized usage statistics) is collected by default but may be disabled in Software settings. Crash reports are sent to Sentry for debugging purposes.

8. Termination

Your licence is granted at-will and may be revoked if:

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from all systems.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
